PURPOSE

 

The Church Council is an important meeting which:

 

· establishes the aims and policies of the church including the use of resources

· has authority and oversight in all matters relating to the  ministry of the church, including the property

· gives authority to its committees and, in turn, receives      advice and regular reports

· exercises leadership over the whole field of the church’s concern
